Housing is more than a rendering
Trinity Redistricting only became useful when the pictures had to survive numbers, zoning, and sequence.
The first version of Trinity was visual. The useful version is a feasibility argument: replacement beds, net-new capacity, cost ranges, preservation, phasing, and what Burlington should be able to measure.
A student proposal cannot approve a campus. It can make the district discussable. That is why the briefs, maps, and Trinity AI are published together.
Trinity Redistricting remains independent. It is not a UVM plan.
